2. Categories of data
We may process identity and contact data (name, email, organisation), communication content, technical data (IP, device, browser), and programme participation data (cohort, assignments where applicable).
3. Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, operate programmes, improve materials, secure the site, and comply with law. Marketing messages are sent only with consent or where a soft opt-in applies under applicable rules.
4. Legal bases
Processing rests on contract (delivering purchased education), legitimate interests (security, analytics with minimisation), and consent where required (non-essential cookies, certain marketing).
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for disputes. Programme records follow statutory and accreditation requirements where applicable. Logs are rotated on a short cycle unless investigation requires longer retention.
6. Recipients
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under data processing terms. Some providers may process data outside Thailand; we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
7. Your rights
Under Thai PDPA and other applicable rules, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Thai PDPC. We respond within reasonable timelines and may request identity verification.
8. Children
Programmes are directed at adults. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it unless required otherwise by law.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and device protections.
10. International transfers
Where data leaves Thailand, we assess necessity and apply appropriate safeguards. Details on specific transfers are available on request.
11. Changes
We update this policy when practices change. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, emailed to active participants.
