We provide information about economics education programs, cohort schedules, and related resources. We do not provide legal, investment, or regulated financial advice. Corporate training engagements require separate written agreements.

When you contact us or register interest, you provide accurate details. You are responsible for messages sent from your email accounts. We may record calls or workshops where disclosed in the program materials.

Branding, curriculum outlines, and site content are owned by Onlogic Dataterm or licensors. You receive a limited licence to download materials explicitly offered for download. Redistribution of cohort materials without permission is not allowed.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair performance, or use it to transmit malware. Automated access must follow our robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in the twelve months before the claim, or THB 5,000 if no payment applied.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

We may suspend access for breach or security risk. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination. You may stop using the site at any time.

We post changes here. Material changes to paid programs will be communicated by email where we have your address. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
