Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to tuition fees listed on our site for cohort-based and self-paced programmes. Separate enterprise contracts follow their own schedules.
2. Cooling-off period
If you purchase a programme remotely, you may cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than the introductory module as defined in the course page. Access beyond that point may reduce the refundable amount.
3. Partial refunds
Where a programme is partially delivered and you withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cohort. This is discretionary and assessed case by case.
4. Non-refundable items
Application fees (if any), third-party certification fees, and optional add-ons clearly marked non-refundable are excluded. Digital materials explicitly downloaded after purchase may be treated as consumed content.
5. Process

6. Timing and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. If reversal is impossible, we will arrange bank transfer with verification.
7. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. If we change material terms before start, you may cancel under the cooling-off rules above.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Thai law. For complaints, contact us first; you may also refer to consumer protection authorities where applicable.
